this hotel's location suited my needs well. trams and buses were nearby! i had an awesome view of the canal. the staff helped me with my luggage. the hotel room was very clean. the mini-fridge was complimentary, so that was nice too.

the room was located next to a club and it was noisy at night. i was provided with ear plugs.

the beds were comfy (i slept like a log!), and the shower was amazing. the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. staff were very friendly and helpful.

i couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine in the room. i never did get a coffee out of it.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made exploring very convenient. the staff provided friendly service and readily assisted with directions. i found the decor unique. the room was equipped with modern amenities, including a television and a coffee machine.

The stairs were steep, made carrying luggage a bit difficult. An elevator would be helpful.
